The Re-Sort mobile metal separation system (formerly Presep) is used to analyze bulk materials that are heavily contaminated with metal particles. First, the granulate passes through a magnet system with high-intensity neodymium magnets via a feeder and vibrating chute. The magnet system separates all ferrous metal particles, including iron dust. The system is equipped with the “Easy Clean” option for simple maintenance. The pre-sorted material then passes through the RAPID VARIO metal separator, which removes all non-magnetic metal contaminants. The clean granulate can then be processed further.

Re-Sort is a further development of the previous Presep, featuring a new name, improved performance, and easier assembly, disassembly, and mobility.
