ELUX is a fully automatic station for opening and emptying granulate bags for onward transport, either via material containers or for transport to silos.

Manual loading of a full pallet of bags is carried out by the operator using a forklift truck. When the pallet is empty, it is lifted out again before a new one can be placed.
The entire station is easily controlled via a touchscreen, and no manual intervention is required during the emptying phase.

Each cycle works as follows: the station picks up one layer of bags, which is then conveyed over rollers that cut open the bags and empty them into the container below. The bags are then released on the other side, where you can choose to add a bag compactor that compresses all bags for easy, efficient handling.

It can also be supplemented with automatic pallet replenishment via roller conveyors that push in a new pallet when the first one is empty.
Empty pallets are then handled to the side, either with a pallet magazine or individually, which must be lowered between each emptying cycle.
