The XD20 series is a patented drying unit from Moretto that uses a frequency-controlled pump to supply only the amount of air required by the process. Only power needs to be connected, as all dampers, valves, etc., are mechanically controlled. An anti-stress function minimizes the risk of over-drying the material. It features a simple and user-friendly touchscreen where the operator only needs to set key parameters such as material type and production (kg/h). The dryer automatically sets all other values.
The XD20 series is available in several different models, which can be adapted to the drying hopper(s) connected.
The XD800 series is designed for larger systems and, like the SX800 series, this model requires a water connection.
Similar to the XD20 series, the XD800 series is equipped with a frequency-controlled pump to minimize energy consumption and only use the amount of air required by the process.

The SX20 series is a traditional desiccant dryer with an automatic anti-stress function that minimizes the risk of over-drying the material. No air or water connection is needed for the dryer, only power. It is a double-cartridge dryer for optimal dew point.
Available in several different models that can be adapted to the drying hopper(s) connected.
The SX800 series is for larger systems that require a lot of air. It also features an anti-stress function as standard, but this series requires a water connection to control the air temperature.

With X MAX, you get a drying system that can be expanded indefinitely.
With an X MAX system, you can start your drying system on a smaller scale and then scale up and supplement it in the future. X MAX is based on the same technology as the XD series and features frequency-controlled pumps and a touchscreen.
