By adding a mixing valve to your material loader, you can easily empty, for example, a granulator of regrind directly and feed it into production.
Empty the material pipes between each conveying cycle to prevent material mixing and extend pipe service life.
Dried material does not risk absorbing moisture, as all material is conveyed all the way to the material loader at the machine.
Between the material loader and the machine inlet, a buffer is most often required.
With an insulated or non-insulated maintenance hopper, you create this buffer.

Add a hinge function
With a hinge between the loader and the hopper, cleaning and maintenance become significantly easier, as this unit lifts the loader and “locks” it in the raised position, minimizing the risk of pinching injuries.
Moretto is one of the few manufacturers in Europe that produces its own material hose and its own pipe bends!
